Know your wRVUs from a photo.

Photograph your worklist at the end of the shift. wRVU Selfies identifies every study, prices it at the official CMS work RVU, removes duplicates, and reports what your day was worth — at your contract rate. Any PACS. No integrations.

Built by a practicing radiologist who got tired of learning his numbers months late — and tested nightly on his own 90-read days.

How it works

Photo → CPT → wRVU → $
// Step 01 · Capture

Photo, screenshot, or export

End of shift, shoot your list — off the monitor is fine. Screen photos prohibited at your shop? Upload a CSV/Excel export or paste the text. Same result.

// Step 02 · Recognize

Any layout. No templates.

Every study is matched to its CPT and priced from the official CMS fee schedule — never estimated, never made up. Contrast, views, laterality, combo studies: handled. Unknowns are flagged, not guessed.

// Step 03 · Report

Your day, in dollars

Today, year-to-date, average per worked day, pace projection, and dollars at your $/wRVU rate — per-day overrides supported. Duplicates across photos and days are removed automatically.

03

Your data

De-identified by design

Patient data never enters the system

  • Black out patient columns on your phone before anything uploads — boxes are burned into the image in your browser, and your screen layout is remembered for one-tap redaction next time.
  • Images are processed in memory and never stored. Ever. The photo is discarded the moment recognition finishes; the reconcile view keeps your copy on your device only.
  • Only de-identified results persist — procedure, date/time, CPT, wRVU. If an identifier is ever visible in an upload, the reader flags it and the app warns you.
04

Counts you can defend

The numbers
// Reconciliation

Reconciliation built in

"Read 88 of ~91 rows — 3 unreadable: motion blur." See exactly what was and wasn't counted next to your own photo, and add a missed row in two taps.

// Duplicates

Duplicate-proof

Re-photograph an overlapping list, re-upload the same file, or shoot in sections — nothing double-counts. Ambiguous near-matches are shown to you to decide, never silently merged.

// Pricing

CMS-priced, never estimated

Work RVUs come from the current CMS Physician Fee Schedule (the full diagnostic radiology code set, re-checked against CMS every quarter). Carrier-priced studies (PET) are flagged honestly instead of invented.

// Verify

Verify your paycheck

Comp report says one number, your dashboard says another? Now you have the study-level receipts, dated and totaled, to have that conversation.

FAQ

Quick questions
My facility prohibits photographing clinical screens.

Common — that's why there's a non-photo path: export or copy your worklist as CSV/Excel/text from your PACS or dictation system and upload that. Same recognition, same dashboard, no camera involved.

Which PACS/dictation systems does it support?

All of them, by design. There are no per-system templates — the reader understands arbitrary worklist layouts, column orders, and truncated text. PowerScribe, Epic, Fluency, Synapse, Sectra and more are in daily use.

Do you store my images?

No. Images are processed in memory and discarded — they are never written to disk or kept. Only de-identified results (procedure, date/time, CPT, wRVU) are stored, and you can delete your account and all data at any time with one button.

Where do the wRVU values come from?

The official CMS Physician Fee Schedule (current year), maintained as a closed canonical set and refreshed quarterly. Values are looked up, never generated — if a study can't be confidently matched, it's flagged as unrecognized instead of guessed.

Do I need a credit card for the trial?

No. The 14-day trial starts the moment you sign up — no card, no billing details. You only enter payment information if you decide to subscribe after trying it.
