The short version
This product is built so patient information never enters it. You redact worklist photos on your own device before anything uploads, the AI extraction schema has no fields for patient identifiers, images are processed in memory and never stored, and only de-identified exam data (procedure, exam date/time, CPT code, work RVU) is kept in your account. We don't sell data and we don't run ad trackers.
Information we collect
- Account: email address, optional display name, and a salted password hash (we never store your password itself).
- Billing: handled by Stripe. We store your subscription status and Stripe customer/subscription identifiers — never card numbers.
- Product data: de-identified exam rows (procedure description, exam date/time, CPT, work RVU), salted de-duplication hashes, upload accounting (row counts), and settings such as your $/wRVU rate.
- Operational logs: security and audit events (sign-ins, uploads, deletions) and API usage metrics — none of which contain patient information.
- Analytics (marketing pages only, if enabled): cookieless, privacy-preserving page statistics (Plausible). No cookies, no cross-site tracking, no advertising networks.
What we are built to never collect
- Uploaded images are processed in memory and discarded when recognition finishes — they are never written to disk.
- You black out patient columns on your device before upload; redaction pixels are burned into the image in your browser.
- The extraction schema contains no field for patient name, MRN, or accession number. If an identifier is nonetheless visible in an upload, the app warns you and records the warning — it does not store the identifier.
AI processing
Worklist images and text are processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) under commercial API terms that do not permit training on your data. Recognition output is limited to de-identified exam fields.
Your controls
- Delete any upload or any day's data from your dashboard.
- Delete your account and all associated data at any time, self-serve, from inside the app.
- Export your data as CSV at any time.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Data is shared only with the service providers that run the product — Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI processing), and our hosting provider — under their commercial terms.
Security
Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, salted password and de-duplication hashes, a strict same-origin content-security policy, and audit logging.
Other
The service is intended for licensed medical professionals, not children. We honor the spirit of "Do Not Track": there is no cross-site tracking to opt out of. If this policy changes, the date above changes and material changes will be announced in-app.
