What the service is
wRVU Selfies is a productivity-tracking tool for radiologists: it recognizes exams from worklist photos, screenshots, or file exports and reports CPT codes and CMS physician work RVU values. It is an informational tool — not medical advice, not billing or coding advice, and not a medical device. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by CMS. Recognition is automated and can contain errors (uncertain exams are flagged rather than guessed); verify important numbers before relying on them in contract, billing, or employment decisions.
Your responsibilities
- Remove patient identifiers before uploading. Uploads are gated on your attestation that images and files contain no patient-identifying information; the built-in blackout tool exists for this. Do not upload content containing patient identifiers.
- Follow your facility's policies, including any rules about photographing clinical screens — a no-camera path (CSV/text export upload) is provided.
- Keep your credentials secure. Subscriptions are per radiologist seat.
- No abuse: no reverse engineering, scraping, reselling, or interfering with the service.
Subscription & billing
$25 per user per month after a 14-day free trial (no card required to start; one free trial per person). Subscriptions renew monthly through Stripe until cancelled. Cancel anytime, self-serve, from the billing portal — billing stops at the end of the current period. Prices may change with advance notice; taxes may apply.
Your data
Your data is yours. Export it as CSV anytime; deleting your account removes your data from the service (minimal audit and billing records may be retained as required for security, legal, or accounting purposes). See the privacy policy for details.
Availability, disclaimers, liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We work hard on accuracy and uptime but promise neither. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RadGadgets, LLC's total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination & changes
You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. We may update these terms; material changes will be dated above and announced in-app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
Governing law
Nevada law governs these terms; exclusive venue is the state and federal courts of Nevada.
